These terms apply to your use of halyt.com. Work on your website is governed by the quote or agreement we send you; if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
Using this website
You may browse halyt.com and send us requests. Do not misuse the site: no automated submissions, no attempts to break its security, no unlawful content in the form.
Requests and demos
Sending a request does not create a contract. A demo we prepare for you remains our work until you accept a quote; you may not publish it without an agreement.
Free subdomains
A subdomain such as yourname.halyt.com is provided while you use Halyt services. We may suspend a subdomain used for illegal, harmful or misleading content. If our collaboration ends, we will give you reasonable notice and help you move to your own domain.
Your content
You remain the owner of the texts, photos and logos you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You allow us to use them to build and run your website.
Liability
We take care to keep websites fast, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
